Firing without warning and without right reasons seems to have become a trend in our country. But elsewhere it doesn't seem to be better.
In the United States, a man named Rich was kicked out of his workplace due to annoying and exaggerated bloating. In addition to the damage, therefore, the insult: derision and jokes by former colleagues. The man worked with his wife in a factory that sells wholesale meat.
His wife worked with him and she would surely have known about the risk of dismissal if there was something wrong. The reasons given by the offices were instead incredible: Rich made too many excessively smelly flatulence and in the office no one could stand him anymore.
