It is called Omo and it is a truly unique giraffe in the world, it is in fact entirely white. A giraffe like this has never been seen before and experts assume it has leucism.
Omo is only 15 months old but already faces many dangers due to the interest of poachers and hunters who could resell it at a high price.
"Many of the cells in her skin are unable to produce pigments. Some can produce them and therefore she appears pale but not totally white, with red or blue eyes as if she were a totally albino animal," said one scholar.
Omo seems to get along well with other giraffes: she has always been seen in large groups of other specimens, which do not seem to care at all about the diversity of her coat. This can only teach humanity a lesson from the animals themselves.
