Erik Finman the millionaire who invested a thousand dollars in Bitcoin at the age of 12, today he is only 19.
The cryptocurrency boom in 2017 changed the lives of many people who years earlier decided to bet a small part of their money on a cryptocurrency. This is the case of the then 12-year-old Erik Finman, who at the age of 12 had received $ 1,000 as a gift from his grandmother. And what did he do? He invested them all in Bitcoin, when they were worth little more than the price of a beer. After 7 years Erik has become a millionaire, having a bank account of over 4 million dollars. Something unthinkable for the then 11-year-old boy, who was perhaps made aware of the gamble made then. But a bet, however, was so successful.
When the value of Bitcoins started to rise, Erik chose to sell a portion of his Bitcoins to acquire a startup whose goal was to enhance the unspoken talent of the students. He buys it for $ 100,000 and sells it for the same amount, only that he gets paid in Bitcoin (about 300). Today those 300 Bitcoins are worth 3.3 million euros. Recently Finman has also collaborated with NASA on the ElaNa project, which always puts American students at the center.
According to the very young millionaire Erik Finman, cryptocurrencies will be the currency of the future and their value is destined to continue further. Erik says that all "insiders" know it, even those who work on Wall Street, just to give an example. With this belief, Finman now takes care of managing his family's cryptocurrency assets entirely. In addition to Bitcoin, Erik's lucky family also owned Ethereum and Litecoin. Ethereum, in particular, for those who already follow the daily appointment of the top 10 of cryptocurrencies, still has many growth changes, while Litecoin is going through a period in chiaroscuro, losing the sixth position in the coinmarketcap ranking.
