AN actress was left bloody and bruised after a mob allegedly ambushed her and some friends at a New York City club early Saturday morning.
Jennifer Agostini, 43, and her friend Prendinellys Garcia, 47, were leaving the Sky Room when a group of thugs - allegedly shouting anti-white slurs - attacked.
According to a lawsuit filed Tuesday, a group of 10 to 15 people reportedly shouted out "white motherf***ers,” “dirty white b***es” and “f**k those white b****es and their money."
Cal Stuart, Prendinellys husband, was present during the attack, as well as a Christopher Selletti, a male friend of the women.
Court papers allege the incident started around 3am when one of the friends in the group had to return to the bar to pick up a forgotten credit card.
When the bouncer allegedly denied their entry back inside, a verbal argument erupted - and the 'racist' group attacked.
Jessica - who now has five stitches in her head and "numerous scars on her face"- told the New York Post: “It was just this stampede as we were leaving. We just got rushed and assaulted by, I can’t tell you by how many people.
“I’m a lead character on the series in March, and I have to now go to see numerous plastic surgeons, and I also have to go back to the concussion center to MRI my head.”
She claimed to have been pushed to the ground and "brutally assaulted" by a group of thugs.
Prendinellys, a swimsuit model who is now suffering from body aches and black eye, told the Daily News: "Jennifer got the worst of it. There were two or three bouncers there, and no one was doing anything."
Jessica and Prendinellys want to use any surveillance footage from the bar in their lawsuit, so they have requested a Manhattan judge make the Sky Room preserve acquired video recordings.
The Sky Bar Times Square Inc., along with two other companies, were named in the lawsuit.
No police reports were filed after the incident.
