Brian Northrup, also known as Lord of Pizza, for 367 consecutive days went to the American chain Domino, in his city in New Jersey, eating a pizza. After a year Northrup had lost about 5 kg and was in excellent shape. The entire project was documented daily on his Instagram page, where he published the photo of each pizza ordered.
But what is the secret of Lord of Pizza? Simply burn calories through exercise. "Too often I have heard coaches, fitness experts and even doctors who tell people they can not dispose of a bad diet, I think all of these people greatly underestimate what is possible through hard work."
It must be said that the training regimen of Northup is quite challenging: in the gym 3-4 times a week and 40-50 km of cardio training every day.
